For accounting & tax practices
Grow the practice, even in busy season.
New work arrives in waves, and follow-up stops the moment deadlines start. We build and run the enquiry follow-up, advisory outreach and renewal work your partners mean to do, inside your CRM, inbox and calendar. Nothing reaches a client until a partner says yes.

Done: Enquiry logged in HubSpot
No enquiry waits for the deadline to pass. Every new enquiry is answered, qualified and offered a time to talk, even in the middle of busy season.
Advisory work, spotted early. A sale, an acquisition or a hiring push at a client arrives with a brief on the advisory work it leads to.
Renewals that don't pile up. Engagement letters and fee reviews are prepared ahead of the season, not crammed into one week.
Runs inside the tools your firm already uses
Built around how practices grow.
Referrals, advisory work and clients who stay for years. Four workflows keep each of them moving, in busy season and out of it.
Enquiry follow-up
Every enquiry answered, even on deadline week.
New enquiries are qualified against the clients you want, routed to the right partner and answered with times to talk, so referrals don't go cold while the team is heads-down.

Moving your practice's accounts
Hi Helen, thanks for getting in touch, and for the introduction through Sarah Cole. Switching accountants mid-year is simpler than it sounds, and we can walk you through each step. Would Tuesday at 10 or Wednesday at 2 work for a 30-minute call?

Advisory opportunities
Advisory work, spotted before the client asks elsewhere.
Clients are watched for the moments that need more than compliance: raising money, buying a competitor, hiring fast or planning an exit. Each one arrives with a brief and a suggested conversation.

How it starts.
One workflow at a time, starting with the one that matters most to your firm.
01Audit
One free working session on where new clients come from, where enquiries and proposals stall and what that costs. You get a written diagnosis and the one workflow worth building first.
02Build
We build that workflow inside your CRM, inbox and calendar, on your playbooks and in your practice's voice. Two or three agents, live in about 15 days.
03Operate
Your operator runs it every day, through busy season too, fixes what breaks and reports what moved. A partner approves anything client-facing.
04Improve
Every edit a partner makes teaches it. When the first workflow earns its keep, we add the next one.
Questions
More on cost and fit in Pricing.
Will anything reach a client without a partner seeing it?
No. By default, every client-facing message waits for a partner or practice manager to approve it, with the draft, the recipient and the reason in front of them.
Can it really help during busy season?
That's when it helps most. Enquiries, follow-ups and renewals keep running while your team is on deadlines, and anything that needs a partner waits in one short list.
Does it need access to our accounting or tax software?
No. The agents work in your CRM, inbox and calendar, where client development happens, so client ledgers and returns stay out of scope unless you decide otherwise.
What happens to client information?
It stays in your tools. Access is scoped to each agent's job, credentials are encrypted, we don't train models on your data, and you can export or delete everything.
What does it cost?
The Growth Audit is free. If you go ahead, the launch sprint is a fixed fee from $3,999, with your first two or three agents live in about 15 days. Running and expanding them starts at $4,999 a month for up to five agents. Model and API costs are included.
