Yes. We map your objects, attributes and lists before we build, and agents read and write them like standard records.
Will this still work if we move to Salesforce later?
Yes. The agents' logic doesn't depend on Attio, so we can move them with you. A move is also a good time for the CRM janitor to clean your data.
Do you train AI models on our CRM data?
No. Your data stays in your CRM, agents can reach only what their job needs, and you can export or delete anything an agent created.
