Hire in-house. Bring in an agency. Buy a platform. Or have AmpliLoop build and run the agents. The right choice depends on who will own the work after it goes live.
A stalled-deal workflow sounds simple: find quiet deals, draft a follow-up, ask for approval. The harder questions are whether the deal is really stalled, what the last conversation meant, and whether another message will help.
Manual follow-up can work well when someone has the time and context. An internal build can make that process repeatable. AmpliLoop’s managed approach focuses on dependable monitoring, contextual drafts and human approval. Whichever route you choose, ask who owns those three things.
Not a checklist of winners and losers. These are typical responsibilities; an individual hire, agency or platform may offer a different arrangement.

Four questions. Better decisions.
Use the same brief with every option. Ask for concrete answers against one real workflow, not a tour of everything the tool can do.
01
Who notices when something stops working?
Ask for a named owner, a review cadence and a plan for failed runs. A successful demo does not tell you who catches a missed deal next month.
02
What makes a draft worth sending?
Look for deal history, the last meaningful interaction and a reason to follow up. A fluent email is not the same as a useful next step.
03
Where can a person say no?
Agree which actions need review, who approves them and what happens when they are rejected. Approval should be part of the workflow, not an afterthought.
04
How will you know it is helping?
Choose a baseline and a useful measure: review time, relevant follow-ups or revived conversations. Do not mistake more activity for better pipeline.
A few honest answers.
Is AmpliLoop a replacement for our RevOps team?
No. Your team brings company context, sets priorities and approves what matters. AmpliLoop adds capacity to design, build and operate agents. If you have enough ongoing work to justify an internal hire, building that capability can be the better long-term choice.
Can we keep our agency or the platform we already use?
Yes. These routes are not mutually exclusive. An agency can handle a defined project, your internal team can own the wider systems roadmap, and AmpliLoop can help run the agents. Start by agreeing who owns each part so nothing falls between teams.
Should we automate follow-up at all?
Not necessarily. If deal volume is low and your team follows up reliably, a simple manual process may be enough. Consider agents when monitoring and preparation are repeatedly missed, not just because the technology is available.
How should we compare the costs?
Compare the same scope over the same period. Include setup, internal time, software and usage, maintenance, and the cost of changes. A platform licence, an employee’s salary and a managed-service fee buy different things; their headline prices alone are not a fair comparison.
Where should we start if we are not sure?
Pick one recurring problem, such as stalled deals. Define what should be flagged, what context a draft needs and who will approve it. Then assess the four routes against that brief. You can request a free AmpliLoop blueprint to help clarify the work before committing.
