For marketing & creative agencies
Keep new business moving while the studio is busy.
Agencies win work between deadlines, which is exactly when nobody has time to chase it. We build and run the prospecting, pitch follow-up and account growth your team means to do, inside your CRM, inbox and calendar. Nothing reaches a client until someone on your team says yes.

No more feast or famine. Prospects are researched and followed up every week, not only when the pipeline runs dry.
Every pitch gets its follow-up. Chemistry meetings and creds decks get timely, specific follow-ups, drafted in your agency's voice.
Retainers that grow. A product launch, a new market or a new marketing lead at a client is flagged before another agency hears about it.
Runs inside the tools your firm already uses
Built around how agencies win work.
Referrals, pitches and growing the accounts you already have. Four workflows keep each of them moving while your team stays on client work.
Prospect research
Approach brands when they're ready for a new agency.
Target brands arrive with the moment that matters, like a new CMO, a rebrand, a launch or an agency review, plus the work in your portfolio that proves you can help.

Pitch follow-up
No pitch goes quiet after the chemistry meeting.
After every pitch, the notes land in the CRM and the follow-up is drafted around the ideas the client reacted to, timed, and waiting for your yes.

To Priya Nair, Head of Marketing, Fenwick & Co
The two campaign routes from Tuesday
Hi Priya, thanks for the time on Tuesday. Your team lit up at the 'small batch, big city' route, so we've sketched how it would run across the spring launch. Would 30 minutes next week help before you take it to the leadership team?

Account growth
Grow the retainers you already have.
Clients are watched for the moments that mean more work: a new product, a new market, a new marketing lead, or a project that keeps growing past its brief.

How it starts.
One workflow at a time, starting with the one that matters most to your firm.
01Audit
One free working session on where your clients come from, where pitches stall and what that costs. You get a written diagnosis and the one workflow worth building first.
02Build
We build that workflow inside your CRM, inbox and calendar, on your playbooks and in your agency's voice. Two or three agents, live in about 15 days.
03Operate
Your operator runs it every day, fixes what breaks and reports what moved. Someone on your team approves anything client-facing.
04Improve
Every edit your team makes teaches it. When the first workflow earns its keep, we add the next one.
Questions
More on cost and fit in Pricing.
Will it sound like our agency?
It drafts from your past emails, pitch notes and positioning, and every client-facing message waits for someone on your team to approve or edit it. Each edit teaches it your voice.
Most of our work comes through referrals. Does this still fit?
Yes. Referral-led agencies usually lose more to slow pitch follow-up and missed growth in existing accounts than to a lack of cold outreach, so that's often where we start.
Does it work with the tools we already use?
Yes. We build inside the CRM, inbox and calendar you already use. If new business lives in a spreadsheet or a project tool today, the audit covers what to do about that first.
What happens to client information?
It stays in your tools. Access is scoped to each agent's job, credentials are encrypted, we don't train models on your data, and you can export or delete everything.
What does it cost?
The Growth Audit is free. If you go ahead, the launch sprint is a fixed fee from $3,999, with your first two or three agents live in about 15 days. Running and expanding them starts at $4,999 a month for up to five agents. Model and API costs are included.
