Hiring signals: an AI agent that flags companies hiring for the roles that come before a purchase

Hiring signals watches job postings at the companies in your ICP. When one posts a role that tends to come before a purchase of what you sell, such as a first RevOps hire or three new SDRs, it flags the account, says why it matters and alerts the right rep. You agree the list of roles with us.

We design every agent around how you sell. This page shows our starting design for this one.

When it runs
Every day, across the accounts in your ICP.
Works in
Job-posting data from a provider you choose, plus your CRM.
Waits for a person
Any outreach that follows. The flags go to your team only.
How you know it works
Accounts flagged, how many of them turn into meetings, and how that compares with accounts that showed no signal.

What it does

  1. Agrees a list of trigger roles with you, based on what was happening at your customers before they bought.
  2. Checks new job postings at accounts in your ICP every day.
  3. Reads each posting to confirm the role matches, so a "sales operations" title in a warehouse doesn't count as a RevOps hire.
  4. Scores the signal: a first hire in a function counts for more than a replacement, and several roles at once count for more than one.
  5. Adds the signal to the account in your CRM with a link to the posting, and alerts the owner.

What it hands your team

Sample

Fieldline posted a Head of Revenue Operations role

Why it matters
It's their first RevOps hire. Six of your last ten customers bought within a year of hiring one.
Posted
Two days ago, Chicago or remote.
Next
Owner Alex alerted. The outbound drafter can write a first touch for approval.

Example output. The companies and people are made up.

Questions about the hiring signals agent

Which roles should we track?

The ones that showed up at your customers before they bought. We look at your won deals to find them, and you add any your team already knows about.

Where does the job data come from?

From a job-posting data provider you choose or already use. You pay the licence to the provider.

How is this different from a job-posting alert?

An alert sends you every posting that matches a keyword. This agent reads each posting against your ICP and your own sales history, drops the noise, and tells the rep why this one matters for this account.

What should your team stop doing by hand?

Tell us in a line or two. We'll send a free plan of where agents fit and what to build first, within 5 business days.

No sales sequence. Just your blueprint, from a real person.
