For engineering & architecture firms

Win more bids without pulling principals off projects.

Pursuits, qualifications and follow-up land on the same people who run your projects. We build and run the opportunity research, bid support and client development your principals mean to do, inside your CRM, inbox and calendar. Nothing reaches a client until a principal says yes.

Done: Opportunity logged in HubSpot

  • Opportunities before the tender. Funding approvals, new sites and leadership changes are flagged early, so you can shape a project instead of only bidding on it.

  • Bids that start half written. Qualifications and proposals start from your past projects, CVs and case studies, ready for a principal to shape.

  • Clients who come back. Past clients are kept warm with timely notes, and every bid, won or lost, gets its follow-up and debrief.

Built around how project work is won.

Early relationships, strong bids and repeat clients. Four workflows keep each of them moving while your principals stay on projects.

  1. Opportunity tracking

Hear about the project before the tender.

Target clients are watched for the signs a project is coming: funding approvals, new sites, growth plans and new leadership. Each arrives with who to call and the past project that makes the case.

    Opportunity briefSample

    Westbrook Council · library extension

    Why now
Funding approved at last month's cabinet meeting; procurement expected in the autumn.
    You know
Alan Mercer, capital projects lead, was your client at Ashby Schools.
    The case
Your community library refit for a neighbouring borough.
    Next step
A note to Alan offering an early site conversation, drafted for approval.

  2. Bid preparation

Bids that start from your best work.

Qualifications and proposals start from a first draft built from your past projects, team CVs and case studies, so principals spend their time on the approach instead of the formatting.

  3. Bid follow-up

Every bid gets its follow-up and its debrief.

After each submission or interview, the follow-up is drafted and timed. When a bid is lost, a debrief request goes out, and what you learn is logged for the next one.

To Claire Dunn, Development Director, Harlow Estates

A short debrief on the Mill Lane bid

Hi Claire, thank you for letting us know about Mill Lane. We'd value 15 minutes to hear what tipped the decision, so our next proposal for Harlow is sharper. Would any time next week suit?

  4. Repeat clients

Stay close to the clients who build again.

Past clients are watched for new sites, budgets and leadership changes, and kept warm with timely, specific notes, so the next project comes to you before it goes out to tender.

How it starts.

One workflow at a time, starting with the one that matters most to your firm.

  1. 01Audit

One free working session on where your projects come from, where bids and relationships stall and what that costs. You get a written diagnosis and the one workflow worth building first.

  2. 02Build

We build that workflow inside your CRM, inbox and calendar, on your past projects and in your firm's voice. Two or three agents, live in about 15 days.

  3. 03Operate

Your operator runs it every day, fixes what breaks and reports what moved. A principal approves anything client-facing.

  4. 04Improve

Every edit a principal makes teaches it. When the first workflow earns its keep, we add the next one.

Questions

More on cost and fit in Pricing.

Will anything reach a client without a principal seeing it?

No. By default, every client-facing message and every bid draft waits for a principal or business development lead to approve it, with the draft, the recipient and the reason in front of them.

Much of our work comes through public tenders. Does this help?

Yes, in two places: hearing about projects before the tender is published, and starting bids from your past work so principals aren't writing from scratch. The audit shows which matters more for your firm.

Does it work with the tools we already use?

Yes. We build inside the CRM, inbox and calendar you already use. If pursuits live in a spreadsheet or a project tool today, the audit covers what to do about that first.

What happens to client information?

It stays in your tools. Access is scoped to each agent's job, credentials are encrypted, we don't train models on your data, and you can export or delete everything.

What does it cost?

The Growth Audit is free. If you go ahead, the launch sprint is a fixed fee from $3,999, with your first two or three agents live in about 15 days. Running and expanding them starts at $4,999 a month for up to five agents. Model and API costs are included.

Keep the next project in the pipeline.

One working session on how your firm wins work, then a written diagnosis and the one fix worth building first.
