Weekly revenue brief: an AI agent that sends leaders a one-page brief every Monday
The weekly revenue brief arrives every Monday morning. It sums up what changed in pipeline, bookings and forecast last week, explains the biggest moves in plain words, and lists the deals and risks that need a leader's attention. The agent writes it from your CRM, so nobody on your team has to assemble it.
We design every agent around how you sell. This page shows our starting design for this one.
- When it runs
- Every Monday morning, or whenever your leadership meeting needs it.
- Works in
- Your CRM and forecast, plus marketing and product data if you want them included. Delivered by email, Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Waits for a person
- None. It goes to the people you choose inside your company.
- How you know it works
- Whether leaders read it and use it in the meeting, and whether its numbers match your CRM reports.
What it does
- Pulls last week's numbers: new pipeline, stage changes, deals won and lost, and forecast changes.
- Compares them with plan and with the week before, and picks out the biggest changes.
- Explains each change in a sentence and names the deals behind it.
- Lists what needs attention, such as slipped close dates, large deals with no next step and gaps in coverage.
- Sends a single page, with links back to the records in your CRM.
What it hands your team
Week of 6 October
- Pipeline
- $410k of new pipeline, 82% of the weekly plan. Inbound was down; outbound picked up after the trade show.
- Forecast
- Commit is $1.2M, down $90k because Northwind slipped to November.
- Needs you
- Three deals over $50k have no next step. The Pinecrest renewal is 60 days out and amber.
Example output. The companies and people are made up.
Questions about the weekly revenue brief agent
Does it replace our forecast call?
No. It gives everyone the same facts before the call, so you can spend the meeting on decisions.
How accurate are the numbers?
It takes them from your CRM, the same data your reports use. Where the CRM looks wrong, like a close date in the past, the brief says so.
Can each leader get their own version?
Yes. Sales, marketing and customer success leaders can each get a brief built around their own numbers.
What should your team stop doing by hand?
Tell us in a line or two. We'll send a free plan of where agents fit and what to build first, within 5 business days.
