Pipeline reviewer: an AI agent that scores every open deal against your qualification method

The pipeline reviewer checks every open deal twice a week against the qualification method your team uses, such as MEDDICC, BANT or your own. For each deal it says what's known, what's missing and what's at risk, with evidence from your CRM, emails and call notes. Reps get a short list of gaps to close, and managers get the deals that need a conversation.

We design every agent around how you sell. This page shows our starting design for this one.

When it runs
Twice a week, before your pipeline meetings.
Works in
Your CRM, call notes and email. Reviews arrive in Slack, Microsoft Teams or email.
Waits for a person
None. It writes reviews for your team and changes deal fields only if you allow it.
How you know it works
Deals with every qualification field backed by evidence, slipping deals caught early, and forecast accuracy.

What it does

  1. Reads each open deal, its emails and its call notes.
  2. Scores the deal against each part of your qualification method and quotes the evidence it used.
  3. Flags gaps, such as no economic buyer named or a close date with no agreed plan behind it.
  4. Flags risks, such as a champion who has gone quiet or a competitor mentioned on the last call.
  5. Sends each rep their gaps, and each manager a short list of deals to discuss.

What it hands your team

Sample

Review: Northwind Logistics, $48,000, closing 15 November

Strong
Pain and champion. Marcus has confirmed the rollout problem in writing twice.
Missing
Economic buyer. Jen Ota joined one call, and nobody has confirmed she signs.
Risk
The security review hasn't started, and it took four weeks on your last two deals this size.
Suggested
Ask Marcus who signs and how, before Friday's call.

Example output. The companies and people are made up.

Questions about the pipeline reviewer agent

Which qualification methods does it support?

Whichever one your team uses: MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, BANT, SPICED or your own. Your operator sets it up with your definitions.

Will reps feel watched?

Each rep sees their own review before the meeting, with the evidence, and can close the gaps before anyone asks.

Does it update the forecast?

It flags deals whose close date or stage doesn't match the evidence. The forecast assistant uses those flags when it rolls up the numbers.

What should your team stop doing by hand?
