AI agents for a custom or in-house CRM
Some companies run sales on a CRM they built themselves, or on a database and a set of internal tools. AmpliLoop builds and runs agents on those too. We connect through your API, a read replica or your data warehouse, agree with your engineers what agents may write, and run the agents the same way we would on HubSpot or Salesforce.

How we connect
We start read-only. Agents read from your API, a replica or your warehouse and send their output to people in Slack or by email. When your engineers are ready, we agree a narrow write path, such as one API endpoint per action, so every change goes through code your team owns.
What's different from a standard CRM
Setup takes more planning because there's no standard API to rely on. The blueprint covers it: we look at your data model, how records change and who maintains the system before we commit to a launch date.
How we get started
- We map your system in the free blueprint: data model, APIs, how records change and who maintains it.
- You approve the first agents, and your engineers give read access through the route we agree.
- We build and test the agents read-only, then agree any write paths with your engineers.
- Your operator runs the agents and tunes them every week.
Questions about Custom CRM
Do our engineers need to build anything?
Sometimes a small amount, such as an API endpoint for agents to write through. We scope it during the blueprint, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Can agents run read-only?
Yes. Many agents only need to read: briefs, reviews, alerts and reports. They send their output to people instead of writing back.
What if we move to a standard CRM later?
The agents' logic carries over. We reconnect them to the new CRM and use the move to clean the data.
