First reply: an AI agent that drafts the first reply to every demo request within minutes
First reply drafts the first response to every demo request within minutes of it arriving. It uses what the lead wrote, the qualifier's research and your CRM history to write a short, specific reply with times to meet. The assigned rep approves, edits or rewrites it, and it goes out from the rep's own mailbox.
We design every agent around how you sell. This page shows our starting design for this one.
- When it runs
- As soon as the lead router assigns a demo request.
- Works in
- Your CRM, the rep's Gmail or Outlook, and your scheduling tool.
- Waits for a person
- Every reply, by default. You can decide later that some kinds of reply go out on their own.
- How you know it works
- Minutes from request to first reply, the share of replies that lead to a meeting, and how much reps edit the drafts.
What it does
- Reads the request: what the person wrote, which page they came from and what they asked for.
- Adds the qualifier's research and anything your CRM knows about the company.
- Drafts a short reply that answers their question and offers two or three times from the rep's calendar.
- Puts the draft in front of the rep in Slack, Microsoft Teams or the CRM, ready to approve.
- Sends from the rep's own mailbox once the rep approves, and logs the reply in your CRM.

- "We're replacing our routing setup before Q1. Does this work with Salesforce?"
- Draft
- Hi Priya, thanks for getting in touch. Yes, we work inside Salesforce, and routing is one of the first things teams set up with us. Would Tuesday at 10 or Wednesday at 2 work for a 30-minute call? I'll bring an example routing setup for a team your size.
- Status
- Waiting for Sam's approval. The request came in four minutes ago.
Example output. The companies and people are made up.
Questions about the first reply agent
Why does reply speed matter?
Someone who asks for a demo is ready to talk now and may be asking your competitors too. A fast, specific reply lets you book the meeting while they still have your page open.
Will it send without a rep?
Not unless you decide it should. By default, a rep approves every reply.
What if the rep is busy?
If nobody approves within the time you set, the agent passes the draft to a backup rep or a manager.
