The form enricher takes a sign-up with little more than an email address and fills in the rest: the person's name and role, the company, its size, industry and location. You can ask fewer questions on your forms and still get a full record in your CRM. It then hands the lead to the lead qualifier.

Questions about the form enricher agent
Can we cut our form down to an email address?
You can cut it to a work email plus any question only the person can answer, such as what they need help with. The agent fills the rest from your providers.
What happens with personal email addresses?
The agent flags them and tries to match the person through other details, such as their name and the page they came from. If it can't, the lead still reaches your team with an "unmatched" label.
How is this different from the list enricher?
The list enricher works through whole lists in batches. The form enricher handles one sign-up at a time, within seconds of someone submitting the form.
