Lead qualifier: an AI agent that grades every new lead against your ICP

The lead qualifier checks every new lead the moment it arrives. It looks up the company and the person, compares them with your ideal customer profile, and writes a grade and a short reason into your CRM. It sends strong leads to the right rep and weak ones to nurture. Your team sets the rules and can change any grade.

We design every agent around how you sell. This page shows our starting design for this one.

When it runs
Each time a lead lands in your CRM: a form, a chat, an event list or an import.
Works in
Your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio or custom), your forms and your enrichment provider.
Waits for a person
It doesn't contact customers. You decide any change to the ICP rules.
How you know it works
How often reps agree with the grade, how fast reps reply to strong leads, and how many poor fits still reach a rep.

What it does

  1. Fills in what the form didn't ask: company size, industry, location, tech stack and the person's role.
  2. Scores the lead against the ICP you agreed with us, rule by rule, so every grade comes with a reason you can read.
  3. Checks your CRM for an existing account, open deal or past conversation, so nobody treats a current customer as a cold lead.
  4. Writes the grade, the reason and where each fact came from into the lead record.
  5. Passes strong leads to routing and moves poor fits to a nurture list instead of a rep's queue.

What it hands your team

Example output. The companies and people are made up.

Questions about the lead qualifier agent

How is this different from lead scoring in our CRM?

CRM scoring adds points for form fields and clicks. The lead qualifier reads a lead the way a good SDR would: it looks the company up, checks your history with them and writes down why it gave the grade. You can keep your CRM score; the grade sits next to it.

What happens when it gets a grade wrong?

A rep changes the grade, and the agent logs the change. Your operator reviews these corrections every week and adjusts the rules, so the agent stops repeating the mistake.

Do we need a written ICP first?

It helps, but you don't need one to start. The blueprint includes a first ICP based on your best customers, and your operator sharpens it as reps correct grades.

What should your team stop doing by hand?
