Forecast assistant: an AI agent that rolls up the forecast with the risks behind each number

The forecast assistant rolls up your forecast from the CRM each week and checks the deals behind it. For each committed deal it looks at the evidence, such as activity, next steps, the buyers involved and the close-date history, and flags the ones that look shaky. Leaders get the number, the risk behind it and the deals to ask about.

We design every agent around how you sell. This page shows our starting design for this one.

When it runs
Every week before your forecast call, and whenever a leader asks.
Works in
Your CRM, call notes, email and the pipeline reviewer's scores.
Waits for a person
None. It doesn't change any rep's forecast, and leaders decide what to adjust.
How you know it works
Forecast accuracy against actual bookings, and how early it flags the deals that later slip.

What it does

  1. Rolls up the forecast by rep, team and category from your CRM.
  2. Checks each commit and best-case deal against its evidence: activity, next steps, buyers involved and close-date history.
  3. Flags risks, such as a close date pushed three times or no contact with the buyer in two weeks.
  4. Compares this week's forecast with last week's and explains each change.
  5. Sends leaders a summary with the number, the risks and the deals to ask about.

What it hands your team

Sample

Forecast, week of 6 October

Commit
$1.2M, down $90,000 on last week because Northwind slipped to November.
At risk
$210,000 across three commit deals with no buyer contact in 14 days.
Ask about
The Fieldline expansion: its close date has moved three times.

Example output. The companies and people are made up.

Questions about the forecast assistant agent

Does it predict the number for us?

It shows the evidence behind your team's forecast and flags the deals that don't match it. Your leaders still make the call.

Will reps see the flags?

If you want them to. You can share the flags with reps before the call so they can update their deals first.

How is this different from a forecasting tool?

A forecasting tool gives you a model and a dashboard to maintain. The assistant works from your CRM as it is, checks the evidence deal by deal, and writes up what leaders need to know.

What should your team stop doing by hand?

No sales sequence. Just your blueprint, from a real person.
