Agentforce vs HubSpot Breeze: which CRM agents should you use?

Use the one that comes with your CRM. Agentforce runs on Salesforce and Breeze runs on HubSpot, and neither works on the other's data. Both are strong inside their own CRM and both charge for agent use on top of your licence. Both also leave the same work to you: choosing the jobs, setting the agents up, checking their output and tuning them as your process changes.

Updated

What each one is

Agentforce is Salesforce's platform for building and running AI agents on Salesforce data. Teams use it for sales, service and custom agents, built with Salesforce's own tools and bound by the same permissions as the rest of the org.

Breeze is HubSpot's AI layer. It includes an assistant across HubSpot and ready-made agents, such as the Customer Agent for support conversations and the Prospecting Agent for outbound research and drafts.

How they differ

  • Where they run: Agentforce in Salesforce, Breeze in HubSpot.
  • How you build: Agentforce leans on Salesforce admins and developers to design custom agents. Breeze offers more ready-made agents you switch on in your portal.
  • How they reach other tools: both work best on their own CRM's data. Jobs that cross tools, such as reading call transcripts or posting to Slack, take extra setup on either.
  • Who it suits: Agentforce fits Salesforce orgs with admin capacity. Breeze fits HubSpot teams that want agents running with less setup.

How they charge

Both charge for agent use on top of your CRM licence, and both have changed their pricing more than once. Agentforce bills through Flex Credits, charged per action, or through per-user add-ons. Breeze agents draw from a monthly pool of HubSpot credits, and in April 2026 HubSpot moved its Customer Agent and Prospecting Agent to outcome-based pricing: per resolved conversation and per lead recommended for outreach.

What neither one does for you

Both platforms give you agents. Neither decides which jobs are worth handing over, connects agents to the tools outside its CRM, checks their work every week, or changes them when your process changes. If you have a GTM engineer or an admin with time, that's their job. If you don't, it's the job AmpliLoop does, on whichever platform you own.

Related questions

Can we use Agentforce with HubSpot, or Breeze with Salesforce?

Not in any practical way. Each one lives inside its own CRM and works on that CRM's data.

Are the built-in agents enough?

For a narrow job that matches a ready-made agent, they can be. Work that crosses tools, such as reading call transcripts, checking a data provider and posting to Slack, needs agents built for it.

Should we switch CRMs to get better agents?

No. A CRM migration takes months, and agents run well on the CRM you already have.
